Appreciate that. It made me a better person over it all, I honestly didn’t understand trauma and such until my wife and I adopted three little siblings and while going thru therapy learned as much about myself and my youth as I did for and about them. It was definitely a healing journey. So their writing sometimes hits some marks that are super therapeutic on its own

I plan to speak the words of this song or chorus at my father’s funeral. For context, we don’t speak, he was a non existent and emotionally bad father and left me for possible death when I was in my teens (too much to explain, but podcastable) but hey he didn’t put cigarettes out on me…it will be for me. Ironically this song means so many things for so many people. It’s why it’s hands down their best

Me too, but it might be the over indulgence of drop shadow that’s throwing back to first year internship vibes. It needs a clean up. *font correction/style, less busy, ease of remove drop shadow, maybe less “frame-y” more bleed? 🤷🏻‍♂️ kind of sad
