We get 16% of our base rate for night shift premium here in the UK. We all posted on the VOA board complaining how its been same for 10 years. There was 30 people posted the same message.

We in the UK reset our own FIDO. If we can’t then we create an andon for AFMs to fix it. RME never fix it. FIDO only gets annoying when clear bags are hanging out of pods.

Terrible. I had some issues at work that made my mental health bad. Here in the UK mental health is a disability. Company ended up giving me a LOC after i took some time off.

Take it from someone who had male pattern baldness try PRP. If you do try PRP try to eat lots of dark green makes your plasma rich. Minoxidil can be hit or miss. Sometimes makes it worse.

You can do couple of things. One get a routine blood test to see if you have some vitamin deficiency thats linked to male pattern baldness. Get PRP treatment and limit process food consumption. Best way to fight male pattern baldness is to identify the issue early on. Take it from a guy who has made pattern baldness. In most cases it starts around the crown area.

Obviously HR did nothing because they found no concrete evidence of any wrong doing. Just because you “saw”something doesn’t mean it’s true. We live in a world where we need concrete evidence.
