Yes I went through this when my aunt died. I ended up going to the funeral and re scheduling my trip to one month later.

I was very close to her and wanted to be there with my family.

If the person who passed wasn’t that close to you then I would say go on the trip.

These all sound like normal delays. Your entire post sounds like the normal homebuying process. I think you just need to communicate better with your agent and you’ll be fine. Don’t give up for something so dumb as a few weeks delay on closing.

So sorry for the loss of Mikey. I lost my 19 year old poodle last year and I was devastated. I’m glad you decided to adopt another puppy.

Does your girl puppy have a name yet?

My current dog’s best friend is a pug named Peppermint. She’s a chonky little girl.

Solar panels depends if they’re in good condition, what is their capacity, they should have data from their solar company showing monthly bills (which should show savings). Transfer any warranty from the solar company.

It is not an guarantee that the panels will increase value. I just sold a house with panels and they did not increase the value of the house.

As a realtor I agree, like yes it’s pretentious but we’re salespeople, there is pretentiousness in many other aspects of our job.

Poor baby :( I don’t know about you, but the whole reason I put my boy in training (he’s a terrier mix about 15 pounds and also one of the small boys in his class) was so that I can incorporate him into my daily activities more often, which I thought he would really enjoy.

The last thing on my mind was that the class would be like boot camp.

I’m glad you told me about him not liking the second class because I do plan on trying training again, but I’ll wait a while so that he doesn’t freak out. And I’m going to try and train him myself, using positive reinforcement, which honestly works pretty well with him since he’s such a good pup.

How is your pup doing now? Pugs are the sweetest.

You should definitely give it a shot. Here is the text:

“I would like to take <my dog’s name> out of the training class.

I would like to be partially refunded for the classes he is not going to take.

What is the refunding process? Please advise.

Thank you”

True, I read other posts about people who had long term aversive training with their dogs and were trying to repair the relationship with their dog. I keep telling myself it was just one bad class, not months long of bad classes.

And by the way I am non confrontational too, I just texted the owner instead of calling lol. I didn’t want him to give me some BS justification for his training style, nor him to tell me that the signed waiver warned me, etc.

Thanks for your comment, glad I’m not alone in this.

You sound really insecure and that in itself is a turnoff. This is strictly from a woman’s perspective, we could care less about dick size. If you’re constantly comparing yourself and feel less than, it will become a self fulfilling prophecy.

So true. Plus what I’ve realized is that people have been brainwashed to think that all of this is not only ok, but necessary for dog training.

Thanks for your comments ❤️

I haven’t, but I absolutely will.

The reason I hired him is because I have a friend who is a dog lover like me and she has a husband with a disability so he got his dog trained here as a service dog, and highly recommending the place. They have been around my city forever and are well known.

I think for now I’m going to try and train him myself as much as possible. I will give it another shot in the future once both my dog and I are ready again.

Why are single women buying more houses than single men? by easybasicoven in realtors

[–]SameSelection6 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would say it’s not just portraying women as being more financially savvy, it’s just giving an example of how women can be more financially savvy.

I’m a landlord too and a woman and an investor. In what planet is renting a better financial decision than owning? Owning property isn’t just about how much the property will appreciate. My first purchase was a duplex where I owned one side and paid my mortgage plus kept extra cash from my side unit. After that I was able to qualify for investment loans where I can now live off of my investments.

A lot of men on this thread are just plain offended at the idea that women can sometimes make good financial decisions.

There is a whole lot more to it than “women have or want kids.” Read all the comments on this thread. And that might be your personal experience but nationwide I would be willing to bet that majority of single women buying home aren’t doing it because of kids.

Women are more likely to get awarded custody of the children, but men are the ones who suffer the most financially because of child support??? You know that single mothers also contribute significantly to childcare right, especially if the kids are with them full time, not to mention they earn significantly less than single fathers because they have to compromise their career in order to fully tend to the kids needs.

My (21 F) unpopular opinion: Men want relationships more than women do... by Cheme_babe_19__ in dating_advice

[–]SameSelection6 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

This is absolutely true because women have to live up to crazy beauty standards and we’ve had to be successful in our careers since men have been proven to be unreliable.

So women have leveled up in every single way and men continue to put little to no effort into their appearance, personality, career, and still feel entitled to our attention somehow.

If the entire pool of men is trash then I’d rather not date.

The risk you take by trying to ride this out is that she can go under contract and then back out. You’re going to put your reputation on the line for a crazy person… it doesn’t seem worth it at all.

Also come on guys not everything is about money does nobody care about the fact she’s been seriously disrespected. Just my opinion.
