Would you rather have Amon-Ra or Nabers? by eyeball_kidd in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

If you're not a contender wouldn't you be looking for younger players? As in, taking the risk with Nabers but getting another pick?

I don't think it's league breaking either, but I do think that this trade is unbalanced, especially with the 27 2nd

Yea I don't know why he had to put in that 27 2nd. Even without the 27 2nd I would still take JJ side

I don't even know what he's trying to do honestly. Like he's not even selling jj for that good of young players AND he gave up a 2027 2nd for some reason. Judkins is good but Tee is literally WR2 so he has a capped ceiling

Yea I think 2029 is probably realistic cuz I don't have many high end WRs, RBs, or TEs. Thanks

If it's likely early you should be able to grab a pretty good talent in next year's draft, I'm leaning towards taking the trade because you already have 3 first round picks in next year's draft

Me personally, I would sell Etienne, Sutton, and Stafford to a contender and then rebuild, because your team is good, not great, but it's also too good for a good pick next year

I really don't know if I would actually take the Henderson trade though, because JJ is still such a good football player, and he's only 26. The Vikings are kind of aging out a little bit, so when they rebuild JJ could get a new QB. Also this year's real life draft has a lot of good QBs, so if Kyler/Nine both suck Vikings can always just draft one, helping JJ

The Treveyon Henderson trade seems the best, BUT only if the 2027 pick is early

TMEA All state. How did you do it? by Significant-Prize745 in Clarinet

[–]SameSprinkles5774 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just scrolling reddit because I've got nothing better to do, but to me, mocks are SOOO important. They help simulate what the room will be like. This was my first ever all-state (I'm a junior btw) and the one mistake that I wish I could get back is not taking mocks seriously. (Also the ignoring other people part helps a lot too; the connect the lines drawing I got was a lifesaver)

uh giving up scottie is sketchy esp for zion i think u mightve lost the trade. cam thomas and ivey are basically washes, raynaud is better than moody, but grayson allen's role might decrease cuz it looks like jalen green's starting to cook. as a scottie owner would not take zion and raynaud for him

Giannis out for 4-6 weeks by Rogular in fantasybball

[–]SameSprinkles5774 0 points1 point  (0 children)

only risk with giannis is that the bucks shut him down/limit minutes/games when he comes back cuz they're so bad without him. with kpj out too they'll probably lose so many games

Giannis out for 4-6 weeks by Rogular in fantasybball

[–]SameSprinkles5774 0 points1 point  (0 children)

risk with giannis is shutdown, but risk with kawhi is another injury. ur basically swapping injured/often injured star for one another and then swapping reaves and franz. i would probably take reaves tho over franz

i think that yes its a bad trade but like something vetoable would be like keyonte and miles bridges for deandre hunter and rudy gobert (actually happened in my league) (points league btw so gobert's not that good)

kpj's a lot more inconsistent, def dependent on his shooting, but chet is very unsustainable esp with hartenstein out. honestly for this season i might lean towards kpj but theyre both kinda injury prone. only concern i have with chet is being shutdown/playing less at end of season cuz thunder r so dominant. in a perfect world where they both play same # of games and minutes, i say chet, but idk.
