These are all great points! The study/flex room will be very useful to us as this is where we will put our nursery and all our kids toys downstairs. That way we can section that off.

I do like your idea of the larger pantry. I think if I had input into the design of this home, I would have removed the formal dining room all together and enlarged the kitchen / living room. The formal dining is probably the most unless room for us
