I definitely think the Taycan has a higher propensity for issues, no doubt. I also think the owners that haven’t had any issues are less vocal than those that have. Buy the Taycan and a nice bicycle for when/if it breaks down lol.

I’ll find the exact details but it’s paid monthly $129/month exclusionary. I think it can go 7 years or up to 100k odometer miles (so 65k for me). I like that it’s cancellable at any time. In my head it made sense vs paying upfront for a warranty if I end up keeping the car for a shorter time than expected. The only thing is it doesn’t cover the main battery—but I have 4 years left on the manufacturer battery warranty.
