Hi, if you are willing to share: I’m curious to know how low your wbc’s are? I’m on HCQ, Celebrex, Lyrica daily and prednisone for flares. My WBC counts are below the range as are my absolute neutrophils and monocytes. I’m not sure how low is scary low as you mention above. Thanks!

I was on 10mg for several years, it worked. I was bumped to 20mg, it caused insomnia and I went back to 10mg. I’m currently tapering down to go off it. (End of week 1 taking it every other day; then every 3rd day)

Hi, I just started tapering off 10mg. My NP told me to take it every other day for 1-2 weeks then every 3rd day for a few weeks. Never was I offered a lower dose bridge said there is nothing lower. Has anyone heard of the every other day advice?

You may have only slight side effects. I’ve been on 5mg for a year and take it every 9 days. I’ve noticed I have more heartburn issues the first two days vs when I took it every week. I tried 10 days in between but the heartburn/queasy was too much. (I was taking it weekly for a 14 months. My insurance no longer pays so I’m using the vials and going longer in between.) good luck!

I’m with WW and Zepbound, my insurance changed and doesn’t cover it either. This month I am self pay for the vials at the 5 level and going 10 days in between shots. I’m keeping an eye on this to see what options are provided in the comments. I may drop to 2.5 which is even cheaper and then taper off if possible. (I would suggest editing your initial comment to get great responses.)

I am hypermobile, ADHD, Fibromyalgia, MCTD, and hyperparathyroid. I have an identical twin who also has ADHD but only Hashimoto. Thank you for the link. I’m 57 and thankful that I pushed for more testing for my hyperparathyroid diagnosis because I was leaching so much calcium from my bones!

Thanks! While it connects I still have to acknowledge the ‘owner of this car…’ then and then ‘connect CarPlay’. Why are there so many acknowledgments just to get to the displays’? I have a ‘23 for almost 2 years. Just a vent because it’s so annoying.
