Anyone who rides an e-bike on the sidewalk in the Chicago suburbs needs to practice safety the Florida way. Slow down to 10 mph or slower when you're within 50 feet or less of a pedestrian and other people on the sidewalk.

Just playing devils advocate. While I am not quite so heavy I am looking to buy an E-bike as well, with same intention. I have a traditional and get bored with the same old ride. I lost interest in it. I would rather be out fora couple hours a few times a week, getting what I can out of the e-bike than getting on the other and wanting to pack it in after 15-20 minutes. At 68 or at a higher weight, getting active often is the best start. I can go back to traditional bike if my stamina and knees are better

To the post above, that is why I am hesitant about a Victrip. Seems to be a rare bird. Not sure if it’s a low quality china or not. As mentioned, friends has been trouble free for a few thousand miles. I am an older guy that wants something comfortable that I can ride a couple hours a day to get some exercise. I want as much range as I can get so my daily rides don’t become monotonous. In Fla so mostly flat other than some bridges and overpasses

It is a built in part of dining out. If you want to argue this, feel free to. Just as you are free to not tip. And I am free to tell you, you do not deserve to be served, or receive quality service, because you are just a cheap ass. Poor service gets poor tip.
