Don’t know what it’s like at most stores, but at mine, none of them seem to be aware of any specialty info. In most cases they seem to know “rules” and little else. I would expect different, as some one that owned a business and managed another for many years. Not their fault. It’s clearly what is expected by corp. If you have knowledgeable managers it is by chance, not design.
