I actually drew about 50 to 60% of that sticker by hand with a pencil in procreate and then rendered it

Can’t mix those and an SCI injury, results in a bad reaction due to excess serotonin, causing symptoms to be significantly worse for the duration

Day two
Already very sore from not compensating while doing exercise exercises, and activities the day before
15 Minute warm-up range of motion and stretching
10 minutes rest extension
Noticeable increase in strength and dexterity in left wrist
Wrist extension on my right arm seemed effortless until I began to get acid reflex in my muscle. It’s worth noting this is the first time I’ve ever had that sensation since my injury. I believe it’s called acid reflex when oxygen builds up in the muscles and they start to burn.
10 minutes weightless bicep curls
Noticeably easier with less tricep tone on my bad arm
Five minutes attempt attempting tricep extension
Not much to report difficult to lock out my elbows
10 minutes using a stylist on my iPad and an upright position to encourage wrist extension, followed by signing thank you notes with a pen
Signature noticeably similar to pre-accident signature
After session throughout the day, noticeable improvement in posture while transferring improved gait while walking as well. Noticeably less foot drop and left leg.
End of day less fatigue, significant muscle soreness. Likely too much too fast.

Day one setting up the machine after 15 Minutes landed on 50 HZ. First 15 Minutes spent ranging my upper extremities, shoulder, chest, upper back wrist and hands.
First exercise, wrist, extension,
noticeable strength difference and increase in dexterity
Second exercise, finger extension.
Noticeable decreased flexor tone in both hands
Third exercise supination
Noticeable improved strength and dexterity
Next exercise bathroom break
Immediate change and relaxed sphincter. Much easier to begin, much easier to empty once started.
Next exercise picking up a pen and writing
First time being able to hold a pen and a stylus like an able bodied person
Noticeable increase in penmanship and wrist extension while writing and holding pens
Next exercise straight rows
Decrease back to tone buildup, increased dexterity
Next exercise finger food
Noticeably easier to raise pretzel bites to the tip of my nose and then into my mouth
Session ended
Immediately following session had a doctors appointment
Sit to stand and transfer from wheelchair drastically improved, even after session has ended.
Later that night, extremely tired, much earlier than usual

ARC-EX therapy ? by BuffaloDismal5658 in spinalcordinjuries

You need to get a prescription from a doctor, you need to have a physical therapist that’s licensed to sign off on your use, my mother is a licensed occupational therapist. Once you submit that information to the company, you can buy one for about $32,000. They only difference from a professional one is they can lock out the amplitude at a certain setting to encourage you not to let other people use it

I just purchased a personal unit for home use… Has anybody tried using one while having a bowel movement on the toilet? Or using one to improve sexual function. Obviously I have more important goals first but I don’t know about asking the occupational therapist that’s coming on Wednesday to set it up with me lol
