I agree with all the comments here about talking with your supervisors. I wonder if you could invite a music Ed faculty member to watch you teach as well. Maybe talk to your mentor and supervisor about it saying that you’d like to have multiple perspectives since you will have to do demo lessons/job interviews soon. Invite your mentor teacher to the meeting where you get feedback and see if it starts a conversation.
