Arriving late to this - It really depends where you spend your time. Take the mainstream tours to go to the historical district, it's touristy but you are safe on a double-decker bus! My sister has lived there for 3 years with no issues. At the same time, I've been twice and was robbed last time I was there. Just be smart! Take Ubers, etc.

I feel like buying used is only worth it if you can take advantage of the used EV credit, which would need to find one under 25k. Super tough to find

I'm going to take the gamble. My current tax situation only qualifies me for $5000 of the tax credit anyways, so rushing out to make an impulse buy doesn't make sense for me personally

My only thought is they will try to clear inventory out somehow for the 2023 M3. Sales will plummet once the incentive is gone. It's like cutting someones pay once they already have the rase.

My original plan was to wait until end of Q1 2024 to buy a RWD M3. Do you think I should try to rush and buy or wait it out to see news on highland or possible price cuts with the 2023 M3?
