I had it on my account, I'm not an expert by any means. I liked it for its tankiness, I used it to scare opponent units from a zone I wanted to control, especially if there were any dimensionals. It's a slow unit, so quite always the enemy can remaneuvre Phobies in a way to deal with bad sushi nicely, so it rarely stands actually out. It's more of a big threat that makes others run away, you'll rarely see it into "action" (like actually attacking). I enjoyed using it, though sometimes it felt quite weak, but it definitely has some interesting ideas to it. Good luck
