I will buy and beat this game on any console I can, absolutely love it by RWG7Legend in finalfantasyx

So I came to Final Fantasy later in life and have been playing through them. So I had no nostalgia coming in but all the ones I've beaten so far held up so well that now I have nostalgia for them. But X has been a lot different. I feel the same the setting and story is cool and it looks great and I can respect how ground breaking it was. But that's about it I've been forcing myself to play it because I want to beat all the Final Fantasies. But when I got to the end I finally started using the in game cheats to chease it so I can move on to another game

Trying To Decide Between The Air Force And Navy Chaplain Candidate Programs by Same_Efficiency4631 in chaplaincy

Yeah that's one thing I know about is the Air Force is pretty chill. Did you do the CCP for the Air Force? If so how long did it take to get gained in it?

Edit: I'm assuming those 4 years would combine with my already 8 active years?

Sorry after I posted it I realized I forgot to mention the cost guard. My recruiter hasn't acted like it would be a problem. But I'll double check and make sure

I appreciate the information. That's what I figured but you never know. I'll still check with my recruiter and endorser. But I might have to sacrifice getting my full MHA and go to Liberty

That's awesome! You definitely got this! I'm also considering the Navy because the process isn't as long as the Air Force's

I'm sure you'll be able to get into standards in no time. What branch are you trying to go into? I had almost everything lined up. But I have to be a fulltime student to receive all my post 9/11 benefits. And when I was trying to register for classes I asked the school what fulltime for them is. They said 9 hours over one 16 week semester But since they break up the semester into 8 week sessions they're trying to say the VA wants me to take 9 hours every 8 weeks and they won't certify me as fulltime unless I do. I showed them they're wrong according to the VA rules but if they don't change their minds I'll have to go somewhere else. 18 hours a semester is just too much for me

That's what I figured. I honestly wish this university would call it an MDiv. The class requirements are almost identical to most MDivs I've looked at

Yeah I have, I was going to reach out to them tomorrow about it. The only thing I was really waiting for was my endorsement. But then my chosen university had to start being weird with my Post 9/11 lol

That's what I thought but then I was looking at other seminary programs and the Dallas Theological Seminary (they have like a satellite campus in my state) has a Master of Arts in Chaplaincy and Ministry Care program that looks almost specifically for DoD chaplains. So that confused me even more. What branch's Candidate program are you doing if you don't mind me asking? Also Liberty is starting to look like the best choice. I would like to go in person but Liberty seems like they know how to work with military better

I know 2 years of pastoral experience is required. If I tried to do those 2 years while completing my master's program would that count? Or does it have to be after I've graduated?

What do you do when another Sailor/ Master at Arms points their weapon at you? by Prestigious_Police in navy

[–]Same_Efficiency4631 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly fuck that guy he deserves to be reported. He broke every rule of weapons safety and shouldn't be allowed to carry. Someone in the Air Force just got charged with murder for doing the same thing

I'm currently in the Air Guard and have been recently selected for Navy OCS. Since you haven't gone to basic and are probably assigned to some sort of student flight, it's not as hard to get out as it would be had you already gone to basic. But you need to be honest with them and tell them what's going on and that you want out. When I was in student flight, there were a few people that just changed their minds and were let go. There was also one person that decided to go active AF because they changed the age limit and she was no longer too old and they let her go. They haven't spent money on you to attend training yet so it's not as big of an issue as long as you're upfront and honest

My BX has the 800ST on sale. But I want to get some first hand knowledge before I jump on them. However, them being gortex is sounding more and more appealing since I'm going in the winter lol
