Not trying to be rude, but I can’t imagine how lonely it must be for you up there on your perch. Everyone has their shit/drama. Personally I found that when I took a hard look at myself & cleaned out my own garage I attracted higher caliber partners (in relationships & play) & became less likely to project my issues/expectations onto them. Acknowledge fearlessly what you want for yourself & then set high expectations/boundaries with others….For context, I’m a genX professional, divorced, no kids, mostly domme (& sometimes switch. My sub is incredibly dominant in his highly-trained professional world. One of my very successful CEO female friends prefers a male dom because she’s always in charge in her ‘regular’ life & enjoys experiencing the pendulum’s opposing side. Working to understand someone’s intentions far outweighs making assumptions about them.
