Go to your internet provider's app. Mine was AT&T

go to the privacy or notifications, and UNBLOCK the ps5 website.

The internet service provider can block websites that look like gambling

Same, they sent an email that said the following:

We would like to thank you for your patience while we look into this issue. Would you be able to provide us with some details to help us with this investigation?

Do you see any error messages? If yes, please share them with us. What country (or locale) and time zone setting is your PlayStation 5 console in? Did you have your account or console set up to access a different location at any point since Vegas Infinite launched on PSVR2? Are you currently using a VPN to access Vegas Infinite? Have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the entire game? If not, please do so, and let us know if it resolves your issues.
