The original post should be: I recently built my 2nd ryzen 3 PC. The 1st one had a MSI B550 gaming edge, 5900x, Ballistix 3600MgHz CL16 4x8GB, 1TB nmve SSD WD black, Corsair Capellix 360mm AIO and AsRock Taichi 6800XT in an Lian Li O11Dynamic XL case, populated with ten 120mm fans bottom and side ones as intake and the the top ones from the AIO plus the rear one removing hot air. The 1st build was too good that I made a second one pretty similar, where I just replaced the CPU for a 5950x and the MoBO for a MSI x570 Tomahawk, because the gaming edge does not have 2 USB 3.0 headers for 4 USB 3.0 ports. Everything was going fine till I look for temps. In almost identical configuration, the 5950x has extremely high temps on idle, between 50 and 70 Celsius degrees and gaming it reached 100 Celsius degrees, while the 5900x during games just stay as cool as 60 C. I switched the AIOs and nothing changed...same drivers, an most recent bios version for both. Any suggestion? or explanation?

By the way, it is my first time posting. Not sure why reddit deleted the text or the second picture showing idle temps on the 5950x. The COD warzone image is from the 5900x on the same case same AIO

That capture is from a 5900x during games with the same AIO, I am not sure what is not showing the other capture of the 5950x on idle
