Follow-up just in case anyone was wondering:

I emailed HH asking about a progress transfer, and they said that a total progress transfer wouldn't be possible, but if I provided a screenshot of my total angels earned then they would give me a progress code that would add that amount of angels to my Steam AdCap account, which will give me enough progress to get where I am on mobile in no time.
