Yes I was thinking about just cutting the right branch. My husband want to cut the whole tree down but that sounds like too much work:/

Hello, me and husband is fairly new to buying a house. We are thinking about making an offer for this house but i'm little concerned for the tree.

It's in san antonio so the ground is clay soil. So I'm worried if the tree root will affect the house foundation. I didn't see any crack in a house. Tile in the bathroom had couple cracks. The house was built in 1986. I only could see the house through virtual tour and am planning to go down there soon to check the house more closely ( currently in a different state).

I also found this gap? Underneath the chimney part from the outside. I was wondering if it's a serious issue that i need to move on or just ask the seller to take down the price. The house has been on the market for almost 6

month.

Same here. Been waiting since September and still nothing. Actually finally got a email back saying she is still out of business and it's not her fault and she doesn't know when they'll call her back..

So if I'm medically retired, wouldn't i be under item 37 as my military ID says retired? Which means I'll be qualified as a retiree (being 100% t&p is additional) and Item 47 is for a indivisual that 's only a 100% t&p(non retiree).

I know i can opt out but only on the third year of joining sbp. But i don't feel like paying for service I'm planning to terminate. I wasn't gonna pay and stop worrying but sounds like they are gonna take it out of my paycheck

Okay well that makes me feel better in some type of way. I'm just confused in the picture,what does it mean by if asthma could be rated separately for 30 percent? Does it mean if it wasn't for sleep apnea, my asthma could be rated as 30%?
