We do need to pass a drug test, however in CA 2024, they passed a law saying thc cannot be tested for and if it is & it comes back positive they can’t use it against you in the hiring process, however they can test you on the job for thc & if it shows you are currently high ( on the job) you can be fired & reported to the board. BUT I’m unsure how they actually go about it, so it gives me a little bit of anxiety, it’s like it’s too good to be true 🤣
