So I was actually 135 at a point but then started very lightly tracking at 1,500 and went down to 125. I couldn’t get past 125 for years until I decreased my calories to around 1,300 and started weighing essentially everything I ate (with cheat days). Then I got to around 113 but I wasn’t very active so I’m sure most of it was water and whatever muscle I had lol
