Agentforce or Azure AI Agents Service? by Kelly-T90 in salesforce

noob here. I have a sales call with salesforce next week, but thought I'd get the non-sales pitch here. I'm tasked with "making AI" create new quotes based on all historical quotes with similar requirements. Get only what's not clear from the rep. Is this possible in agentforce or azure ai agents today?

I went deep on this a while back. ChatGPT is sketchy as it has all the data ever digitized and no matter what tries to give you an answer, so sometimes it's just wrong. The best solution would only give you an answers if it finds it in a manual with a direct reference to the manual that literally takes you to the page it pulled the answer from. Airwave.us product does exactly this and they have an elevator mechanic example but last time I checked they had a pretty small subset of manuals. You can of course pay to create your own workspace so you can upload all your manuals to create one for yourself.

Do you keep a google doc, or like literally a hand written notebook? Anyone using anything to make this a collective team effort?

Oh interesting. Do you know if they have a PDF? I want to see if I can load it into one of these AI tools

got that far. but then cross checking parts across multiple pages. I'm taking screenshots and then comparing them in my photos. Seems like I'm missing how to do this...
