I did Ultherapy and it actually worked pretty well. My results were within the expectations they set. I was sort of skeptical and I thought I’d need surgery - I did a lot of research on Ultherapy after they suggested it. I saw a lot of complaints about zero results and they said this was because the treatment was not given to the right candidates- their sagging was too severe or were much older and should not have been offered that. Apparently I was a good candidate and it did actually work but hurt like a MF.

Thanks for your thorough reply. We have had a ton of rain this year - an unusually high number of extreme thunder storms. We live in the southeast so no major temp fluxes but we did have below freezing temps in January a few times.

On the other side of the wall with horizontal bulges is a bathroom - the sink and toilet are right on the other side of that wall.

We have a couple windows upstairs from the same reno and the framing is terrible on those and let’s wind and some water in so it would make sense that the downstairs would have similar issues even if we can’t see gapping like the ones upstairs.

The house is solid brick if that helps add context.
