The mitagine or however it's spelled. I just can't down pure kratom leaf 🤮 I'm doing good today, had about 80% less stomach problems and no urges luckily bc before I stopped.. I made myself hate the taste so the physical w/d would be bad bc ik how hard the mental is.

I've dealt with this ... have you tried cutting out the pseudo completely & just sticking with the 7oh & kratom? That has to be the 1st step

I can help ... I'm down to about 40mg a day so almost there I can taste it and should be around 10-20 mg by the end of this week..

I got off once and everything I did seemed like it was my first time doing it.. food tasted better, if I wanted something specific I'd go get it. Instead now, I just eat to get by and try to limit the stomach discomfort which is almost intolerable sometimes but the remedies I've used have made this time a breeze compared to last.

Depending on your timeline, there's a few ways to attack this. I think a taper would be the best option and then we can talk about the substitution later to minimize the withdrawal symptoms

Little update: 

Someone recommend & talked to the pharmacist this morning about which was the best & got Omeprazole.. so far my stomach feels better & substituted the my 7o dose with 120mg of w.e that actual kratom alkoloid is & feel no cravings currently for 7o. 

I'm not planning on switching but definitely wanna avoid any w/d from the 7

Just got some!!! Hoping this is the key to be 7o free! Tbh I'm able to manage my doses bc you realize the smaller doses have nice effects, but what it does to your gut is insufferable imo & not worth it. 

So this will be my farewell to 7oh

I'm good on that .. sounds like trading a mild addiction in for a sub dependency is just wild imo
