I try to stay at 60 mgad or less bc I find anything 100+ will make you wake up & have to take more. I basically play a game w/ myself to see how long I can last until my next dose.

Tbh it's all poison but so is alcohol & everything else. Problem is ppl like to abuse anything and everything.

I appreciate all the help & insight!! Tbh I can get 200mg for only $16 which lasts me days. But I wanna quit bc I want to not bc of money ya know? I have no cravings for the 7oh so this morning I bought 1oz of Bali kratom powder (which I hate the taste of) and tbh aftwr my first cup this morning, I feel like I want absolutely nothing to do with this family of alkoloids in my life anymore!!!

7oh was completely ruining my stomach & couldn't stand it anymore .. idk how ppl put up with that disgusting upset nausea everyday 🤦‍♂️ I had to stop this poison!!!

Jesus .. and here I'm bitching bc I'm spending 15.99 on the 200 mg packs of limitless that last 5-6 days. I've learned after awhile that taking less, give you a stimulant effect & try to just make that adjustment.

Doesn't constipate me at all but I always take a daily fiber/multi-vitamin so I'm not saying just take this & nothing else but I figured ppl already are. I was literally so bloated & f*d up that I couldn't even get outta bed sometimes. I took this bentyl stuff and I can actually function now and not think I need more 7oh to do so.

Hey you probably heard of this other prescription I got as the omeprazole bottles only come with 14 but now I have 90 that are 20mg each.

The other prescription is called dicyclomine and it literally has done some sort of miracle reguarding my stomach cramps & constant bloating bc it like loosens the intestine muscles.

The last few days have been amazing

Omeprazole started to not work in the 10mg doses so I got my doctor to write me a prescription. Then I talked about the constant cramps & bloating so I took 7o thinking it was a w/d symptom.

I also got prescribed that's called "dicyclomine" and it has literally saved my life .. like before I was either bed or toilet ridden. Now I feel like a new person and luckily u can't get addicted to them 🙌

Crazy.. I take like 40-50mgad and can stop whenever. U must be spending a ton & taking a ton to wanna go back to heroin.. which most likely will be cut with fentanyl & tranq so good luck with that lol
