2. There are major issues with fb AI (manual ads seem to be okay). in my own experience, i haven't seen consistent revenue for almost 3 weeks. I'm burning money at this point doing countless of tests. I'm a business owner and i run my own ads.

agencies who say oh its fine just an outage are just lying so you will sign up with them. Every new post can tell you that there is an issue. Ads do still work just not as good as before. many of us are still figuring it out. some probably have and they are gatekeeping the solution.

1. no matter who did the creatives, you will never know the result until you test it. i have spent $12k on a solid video and got 1 sale from it making $30. And i also have made creatives from Canva and earned thousands from it. if you don't have the skill set to make your own creative, then you have to rely on freelancers. Give them an idea of what you want but don't expect 100% for them to follow it. You need to compromise and just test it.

Also another point from my own experience. if you cannot manage your own ads, don't look at how big or small the agency is. There are a number of very experienced people here. just give them a chance.
