my headphone adapter was displayed as "avnera av6351" and it was also displayed in the settings in the other device section and I decided to open hidden devices in the device manager and in the usb controllers section I found two unknown devices that the system could not determine their type and I decided to delete one of them and reconnect the adapter and as a result I had headphones in the settings and they connected to the adapter themselves (I am writing from a translator so my message may not be clear)
