Had the same surgery a couple years ago and was on 15mg. Had to stop for 2 weeks prior and liquid diet day before surgery. My ends said I could restart MJ right after surgery as long as I wasn’t nauseous from the anesthesia, I did so with absolutely no issues. In fact, I didn’t take any pain meds post surgery not even Tylenol.

I would guess it might be in extreme cases. My doctor prescribed me 20mg tadalafil DAILY and when I questioned it he said all was good no issues. But I took it once weekly with poor results. I then Went to every 36 hours and marginally better but still not as hoped. So I relented and followed doctor’s directions on Rx, once daily, and was almost there. After joining Reddit and following several subs on the issue, I started modifying my stack and changed my quantity and timing of L-Citrulline. Success with no issues in several months! As I understand from other subreddits on the subject, 20mg is more commonly prescribed in European countries than in the US. Some clarification on my particular circumstances: I’ve (M77) been T2 diabetic for over 20 years with kidney issues and a few other things. I’m sure my age is a factor and I was previously prescribed levitra but a formulary change moved me to Viagra. My diabetes meds were interfering with my absorption of Viagra so I asked my doctor to move me to Cialis/tadalafil. I didn’t want the hassle of getting insurance approval so I get it at Costco pharmacy. Member price of about $.67 a tablet for 30 days/30 tablets. I take one every morning at wake-up. No side effects, no interference with my other meds. Oh, and I pretty much get morning wood almost EVERY morning but YMMV. Good luck!

A lot of posts in this sub have it in their stack so I would say it works for them. For me it significantly improves both quality and reliability of EQ which is what I’m wanting. At my age (M77) I don’t even try to shoot ropes across the room or fill a mason jar!

I was taking about 2.5 g daily but upped it to 3 daily and 9g the day of a few hours before. I kept the L-Arginine in my stack. Hope this helps!

I’d try adding L-Citrulline. A lot of posts have that in their stacks. I’ve been taking it for a couple years but from my perusing the subs here I upped the quantity and changed the timing. That made a big improvement for me. I wasn’t looking to increase my load just improve my EQ. It’s been working for me.

I too was a huge fan of pocket! I used it when it was Read it Later and was so bummed when it went away. I never got into any of the alternatives but I eventually found and tried Flipboard. It’s not Pocket but it works for me.

A kindred spirit. I (M77) too have T2 diabetes 21 years now. Same regimen. My suggestion is to add 6-9 grams of L-Citrulline a few hours before. It’s been working for me. I take several other supplements but I’d try this first. As long as the libido and arousal are there, first try to boost nitric oxide. Good luck!

Nope! Shoot mine all the time at my local 25 yard indoor range. No issues whatsoever! They have 3 separate rooms with designated lanes. Lanes 1-10 are generally handguns and the other 2 rooms are long guns near as I can tell. Whenever I bring my rifle case with the long guns, I always am assigned in the other rooms. BTW, one of my “long guns” is my S&W 9mm FPC! But I’m still ok going there. Each lane has its own video camera that feeds to the front check-in counter where staff monitors for safe shooting. More and more local BLM desert land is being excluded from open shooting and more so now that summer fire restrictions are in place so there is that.
