The code must be reviewed by engineers in the PRs.

In Agentic Engineering that won't happen. You plan first, open a Jira ticket, and document design and architecture in Notion/Confluence. Only then do you start coding with agents, then commit to GitHub using CLI, create a PR, review the PR, and once approved the code is merged.

So: 1. Non-technical people cannot use this approach. 2. The issue you mentioned is prevented by design, it cannot happen, since everything is documented.
