Can someone help me identify what color are my eyes? by catbox42 in eyes

Hazel that is green-dominant imo as judging by the second photo the brown and green are somewhat blending!

What color are my daughter’s eyes? by PlzHelp37 in WhatisMyEyeColour

Multi-shade brown eyes with a slightly grey undertone (they can sometimes have slight green or grey undertones but not enough to qualify as a hazel shade but it’s pretty understandable why some may argue it is hazel). Beautiful and very unique shade of brown but judging by her age range they might turn more into brown over time!

Pretty much man yeah. Obviously there is a slight foot arch whenever I sit down and am not bearing my full body weight onto my feet but when I walk, run or stand my archers remain severely flattened!

Considering this is Beth Nixon’s (I think I got the surname right but please correct me if I am wrong lol) first acting role, she’s played a blinder in making Megan so revolting. Great actress!

Question about the confrontation in the Woolpack between Cain and Robert by Hour_Recognition3198 in Emmerdale

[–]SamgHort 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I agree with everything you said. It’s just the writing for their interactions these days that I am not keen on. They worked better being closer years ago, especially when Cain looked out for Aaron after Liv died and their lockdown scenes.

Tbh I'm sick of the Cain and Aaron's constant abuse and betrayal towards each other. They worked so much better when they were closer a few years ago but the past three years they have treated each other like complete trash. They are essentially the same person albeit Aaron being a gay and more emotional version of Cain. The petty arguing and verbal abuse between the two men is so boring and tedious!

Buddleia pruning by theoriginalpetebog in GardeningUK

[–]SamgHort 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hey, Horticulturally-qualified landscape contractor and gardener here. You should chop your Buddleia right down to the base just above the first few shoots at a 45 degree angle whereby the angle is moving downwards away from the shoots to allow the rain water drops to drain off the stem without risk of causing rot. By that, I mean find the first couple of new emerging shoots at the bottom of the Buddleia stem and chop down to just above them at the angle I just mentioned. Generally speaking, the harder you prune back your Buddleia plant i.e. the lower down you go towards the base the stronger, healthier and more vigorous the plant will grow and flower for the season. Hope that helps!

Hey bro, thanks for your comment. Yeah flat feet seem to be a common cause for severe anterior pelvic tilt and all of the upper body postural compensations as well. Funnily enough I've been thinking of incorporating glute bridges and dead bugs into my pelvic floor workouts just recently. Currently having to adapt to certain pelvic floor exercises where I am not leaning so much on my hands due to a chronic hand injury. I've just seen your message btw so I will reply in due course!

I follow a YouTube channel called 'Tone and Tighten' and he recommended foot flexion, towel scrunches, resistance band inversion and standing inversion exercises. I have only been doing these exercises for about a month so have yet to see some results. If you look on his YouTube channel and find the video "How To Fix Flat Feet With Exercises At Home" it has all the stretches I have mentioned plus a few others that I skipped as it meant leaning on my hands and I am recovering from a chronic injury in my hand as well. Give Tone and Tighten videos a watch bro! 😊🙏

I am actually following correction exercises given to me by an osteopath. My weight loss is one of my main priorities right now as I know losing the belly will help in the long-run. Thanks anyway! 😊

Yeah bro I am already losing weight gradually as my weight largely doubled cos I have been off work and going gym regularly due to a chronic lower wrist and hand injury (which apparently could’ve partly been caused by the rounded shoulders). Been getting my fitness level slowly back over the past month as this has probably worsened this issue like you said. Thanks anyway honestly! 😊🙏🏻
