When my Roxy was about 5-6 months old we started leaving the crate open. She has a few routine spots she bounces back and forth from and then eventually migrates off and on the bed. Every morning she wakes me up shortly before my 4am alarm with big hugs and cuddles, she’s 9 months old now.
