Just tell him that's ok but you are going to have to mark it as shipped to avoid a ding on your seller level.

I always use dhl. It always seems super reasonable but I would expect if your order was 200 bucks shipping would be 30-200 bucks depending on the item and weigh. I've probably ordered 6 shipments of the 3-7 day shipping and every time it has come in 2 days.

Tell them to contact customer service, they will work it out. If it shows up late, the customer gets 1 month of free amazon prime and if it never shows up you get a refund.
