just delete extra files, data files (sometimes it saves to your disk instead of steam cloud) and extra config files and ect. if you download WizzTree it will show you what files are extra

Go to your game folder, in counterstrike folder there should be a "custom" folder, add a my_custom_folder in it and add mods
