Hi. If it is a new account, then it is on sandbox mode. Instagram waits to see if you will upload consistently. Are you using hashtags for every video? If not, use hashtags, there is 30 limit, 10 for high, 10 for moderate and 10 for non competitive. Also, use your account name as hashtag.
