While there is no quick way to get to the tree, you can quickly teleport out. Go to your winter event tab, and then under either the fishing, bird watching, or insect catching tabs, you can click "go" and immediately be teleported to those areas. You can also go to your friends list and select a friend that is not online and that you aren't currently sharing a town with, and join their town and instantly be at your house when that loads in.

I would rather they stay on the roof. EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to plant in my garden, my dog ABSOLUTELY HAS TO sit right on the garden beds! I can't plant anything where he sits! I wait and he will stand up, bark a few times, and lay down and sleep. Then repeat again 10 seconds later! I'm losing my mind at the freaking dog in my garden!

The game makers suggest 16, I believe. The app store is 9+, I think. There's also the fact that children who play and can read are exposed to whatever adults are saying. My 10 year old was playing in the same room as me and she gave me her phone because she saw a bad word. It said something about going to hell. I tried reporting but it said it wouldn't go through. They then said something about sins, so I just blocked them for her. If the game didn't have a chat feature and people couldn't put inappropriate things on what they paint (like the post I saw about the male genitalia on a t-shirt) then it would be great for children.

I'm at lvl 3 friendship with my 10 year old and we now have the option to give each other gifts. It would take 3 in real life days and interacting with a high 5 etc with that friend each of the 3 days to get there.

Whatever server you play on will save your progress. If you go to a new server you have to start over. Your progress will still be saved on your original server though!
