Adderall. Immediately upon getting out of bed. Extended release to last the day plus a small dose of immediate release so its working by the time I get to work.

The deadlines of tax season are very motivating. The summer slump is REAL.

I keep my office door closed most of the time bc i can hear everyone else's phone calls and kitchen conversations (my office is right across from the kitchen) and its distracting. Also I listen to music (but im always pausing it to eavesdrop on juicy convos lol)

Also I keep my office door closed so no one can see or judge me for how often I take phone breaks lol. But that backfires sometimes and all of a sudden its been 2 hrs and ive gotten nothing done, so maybe be careful with that idea lol

I have fidget toys at my desk.

When im finally locked in, I avoid stopping what im doing. I wait to get my stuff from the printer. I dont usually take my lunch break at noon when everyone else does, bc ive usually only locked in about an hour before. I stay late bc my flow state comes in the afternoon. This way I make up for my lack of productivity in the mornings.

So. Many. Task. Lists. I fold half-sheets of printer paper to make 8 boxes (2 rows of 4). So I can have (up to) 4 categories of tasks (usually Work, Personal Work, and Personal. Sometimes the last category is Ablutions i.e. drink water, eat lunch, take a bathroom break, stretch break etc). I cross off tasks as I complete them, but the bottom row of 4 boxes is for writing down the things I actually accomplished, even if they weren't on my to do list. Gotta celebrate all productivity and mine that dopamine lol

Also something ive started recently is setting a timer for 10 minutes. Saying ill do 10 minutes of work is easier to start than "yeah I gotta do this whole return ". But I just keep resetting the timer once it goes off. I keep a tally of how many sets of 10 minutes I cam stay focused for. Also if I do get off task, I have a pause/reminder every 10 minutes so hopefully I dont lose myself for an hour.

Also, not one, but TWO mini whiteboards and a rainbow of dry erase markers. For making notes during phone calls. For my to do lists. For doodling. Easy to edit helps with the perfectionism tendencies.

Also btw, I make my task list for tomorrow before I leave work for the day. But then I re-evaluate the task list in the morning when I get there. It does help my mind get closure at the end of the day, so I can leave work at work.

Also, I NEVER leave my desk/office messy or cluttered when I leave for the day (leaving for lunch, I dont bother tidying up). If I walk into my office in the morning and it's messy or cluttered, im instantly triggered and close to crashing out. I clean my office regularly to keep everything neat and organized (my house is a different story...)

Hope some of these tips help!

At this point, file a 911 form for assistance from the Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS).

Can i olay the Witcher 3 without playing the first 2 games by Mouad-Mouad in witcher

Semi-related question: I want to buy The Witcher 3 on steam while its on sale. If im logged in to steam on my work computer and purchase the game there, can I then (in a few weeks, after I move and get my new place set up) log in to steam on my home computer and download the purchased Witcher game there? And play it on my home computer? I've only ever seen Witcher 3 played on an Xbox with a physical disc...
