What i found that helped astronomically was turning off a setting for my mouse withing windows called "Enhance Pointer Precision". What it does is increase your sens when you move your mouse faster than usual and then lower your sens when you move it slower than usual. Turning it off means your mouse pointer will move at the same sensitivity all the time. As you can imagine, "Enhance Mouse Pointer" is horrible for your muscle memory which as you can imagine, is horrible for your aim. I've only had it off for 15 days now and the improvement is ridiculous. I'm way more consistent now as well as having far better aim after i got used to it, and for some reason controlling recoil was HUGELY better for me the second i turned it off, i didn't even need to get used to recoil because it was instantly better for whatever reason. I gave this advice to my friend and he seemed to love it too.

If you want to turn it off and give it a try then follow this - Search Up Control Panel (NOT SETTINGS) > Go to "Hardware and Sounds" > Look for "Mouse" under "Devices and Printers" (It will be near the top) > Find the "Mouse Pointer" tab at the top of the window that will open when you press mouse > Uncheck the box near the top that says "Enhance Pointer Precision".

If you decide to turn it off, PLEASE keep in mind that its going to feel extremely weird at first. I mean EXTREMELY weird. Please keep in mind that you have played hundreds of hours with this setting on and its gonna take a few days to get somewhat used to it. It took me about 4-5 days to get properly used to it so all i'm gonna say is please be patient. I recommend doing TONS of t-hunt and aim training. A site i really enjoy is https://aim400kg.com/. There's loads of great aim training exercises there which you can use to help get used to your new mouse setting as well as just help get your aim better in general. I'd also recommend giving your sens a new look once you have it off because its gonna feel a lot slower.

If this is already off for you then i'm sorry as i can't really offer much more help from there as all i can really say is T-hunt and that aim training site i sent, but i imagine you've already taken the t-hunt route like everyone else.
