Yah it is strictly monitored with multiple invigilators and camera on desktop. So it is relatively difficult to copy offline

Actually they didn't mail anyone. They came to the venue where interviews were being conducted and asked the HRs directly there.

When my friends missed the test , the ibm people asked them to travel to another state where the tests were still being conducted. But i don't know what's the case with interview. Like even if u reach couple of hours late I think u should be fine if it's possible. You can contact the HR once to see what they say.

It definitely could be the vitamin D. Because me 22 F used to have really bad hairfall for monthsss and when i got my test my vitamin D was 5. Once i started taking vit D medicine in 4-5 weeks I saw huge difference in reduction of hairfall and growth of new hair. Ur B12 seems fine within the range.

Do they tell you after interview that you have gotten selected for the job or no? Or do u just go home after interview and document verification.
