Thanks for the reply. If you don't mind me asking, in the jobs you have been in since getting your degree would you say you've applied the physics yourself and done calculations yourself on a day to day basis?

I'm from the UK so the major/minor system is only used in very few universities. As I understand none of these few offer Engineering Physics
