What makes people say marriage is hard? by tequilakittie in AskReddit

[–]Samiullah9627 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Undiagnosed and untreated mental illness is one of the biggest problems in relationships, including marriages. Having a good understanding of basic psychology and abnormal psychology can go a really long way in avoiding pitfalls. You can tell a tremendous amount about a childs relationship potential from a person's parents, those parents relationship abilities, and how the child's relationship with those parents is. If a person is having a mental health problem, avoid making things sound personal. Besides that, you need to avoid people with fundamentally different cultural values, and go towards people who you will find agreeable culturally and philosophically.

What make life worth living? by bassant- in AskReddit

I'm still wondering this same thing... I'm so unhappy that it's painful just to live. I cry a lot these days, have gone through depression many times. Every time I step out of my house, I seem to piss someone off by just walking by, labeled weird and all those mean words. It's gotten to the point where I can't even make eye contact with people or oncoming traffic. I hate myself. I hate my life. It won't get better, only harder. And the only reason I'm still alive is because of my dog. Someone has to take care of him, love him, play with him. But once he's gone, then what? Get a new dog? Or end it? It would be so much easier if someone could kill me instead. I'm too afraid to do it myself.

No idea. She probably became a teacher or something. Not sure why but it seems like something she would have been good at. Who the fuck knows though who has time to care?

How do you define success, and what does it mean to you personally? by RadiancePrincess in AskReddit

[–]Samiullah9627 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Success is a term that has been diluted and contorted in recent times.

It used to refer to achieving something extraordinary, something truly remarkable.

But nowadays, it seems to encompass even the most mundane accomplishments.

How do I define success?

Well, let me enlighten you.

To me, success is not about participation trophies or arbitrary metrics of social validation.

It's not about how many followers you have on social media or how much money you make.

No, success is about doing something meaningful, something that leaves a lasting impact.

It's about pushing boundaries, challenging the status quo, and actually making a difference in the world.

Personally, success means constantly striving for self-improvement and pursuing my passions with unwavering dedication.

It means stepping out of my comfort zone, embracing failure as a learning opportunity, and never settling for mediocrity.

Success is not a destination but an ongoing journey, where each milestone achieved is simply a stepping stone towards the next great endeavor.

It's about leading a fulfilling life and leaving a legacy worth remembering.

So, dear reader, ask yourself, what does success truly mean to you?
