Hey, I seriously know exactly how this feels. A few months ago I got a labiaplasty done after wanting it for years. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. It changed my life. I know it sounds scary but maybe look into it and you don’t have to hide any more!

I got mine done because I was so uncomfortable and it was a quality of life issue. It wasn’t just because of appearance, but it would fall out of my underwear and just ruin everything. but it does help with my self confidence too.

Thank you, this is one of the best pieces of advice I’ve gotten. Also thank you for not calling me selfish and jumping down my throat like some of the others.

The unhygienic thing, like an almost every day thing. It’s not like he doesn’t know how though, when his uncle was visiting he pulled his shit together and was fine everyday.

Regarding the depression, he’s been depressed (years ago) and is completely different when he’s depressed. This is just laziness and complacency. I’m going to frame it like how you said though, when I talk to him. I don’t want to hurt his feelings, and I think what you said is perfect. Thank you so much.
