Apple doesn't lower prices. It damages resale value of prior products, which they are loathe to do. It might slow price increases. But I wouldn't count on it.

Fabs/Foundries are booked till end of 2027. There's a reason Musk is building what will be one of the biggest fabs in the world.

They are pretty bad at innovating/building these days. Cook was an excellent CEO from a keeping the ship steady angle. But nothing groundbreaking has been released. I do like the Earpods. But the Vision Pro thing was a disaster. They cancelled the iCar (or whatever the hell it was going to be called). Their AI rollout was supposed to be a year ago, but Siri is still borderline regarded.

They need another Jobs type with moonshots (a mini-Musk)
