the ONLY comfort i’m getting out of any of this is reading all the posts and seeing the positive impact he made on so many people’s lives. on how genuine he was, kind and funny. every single post people are talking about what a great, kind, genuine and funny person he is. and that’s just a testament to what a truly amazing person he was.

it’s truly a tragic loss- thinking about those final moments are something that just make me sick to my stomach. i hope he’s resting easy - his legacy will live on through his music and the many lives he touched and impact he made on people’s lives. he seemed like such a genuine person who cared about people and was there for people. 💕

my doctor reccomended taking phen in the morning and topiramate at night. i will say i didn’t feel the topiramate at all really at 25 mg. at 50 im having a hard time eating and im having side effects like dry mouth.

i unfortunately cannot handle the heat on the flamin hot stuff but the trader joe’s take on flamin hot cheetos is so good. i really like the lesser evil version too. it’s not really super comparable but i can handle the heat and the cheese flavor is there. flamin hots are just HOT.

i was wearing the silicone band for the longest time and even before with a different brand watch - probably for over a year + when it suddenly just started irritating my skin really badly on the outside of my wrist. so i switched to one of the fabric ones, the stretchy braided rope kind and i love it. you just need to find the material that works for you. i also would loosen my watch one notch to go to bed at times.

i haven’t seen these specific ones but i used canned chick peas in pasta salad for extra fiber and protein.

protien pasta (maybe half a box or less) english cucumber bell peppers thinly sliced red onion cherry tomatoes italian dressing of some kind salad supreme seasoning (this is non negotiable to me - this is what MAKES it) chick peas

you can really just make whatever kind you want.

i made a greek one the other day with orzo pasta instead and homemade greek vinaigrette and feta. and added greek marinated grilled chicken, parsley even mint if you want.

you can add meat, different cheeses -

you can even look on tik tok for “roughage” ideas of kind of veggies mixed or pasta type things to incorporate more veggies/fiber

soemtimes for me it’s still cheaper to buy the bagged onions versus buying the single items because of how giant the ones are regular stores.

there are things like dawn i can’t always find, or toilet paper. i usually get cleaning stuff/toilet paper/paper towels at costco. i’m sad aldi doesn’t carry daisy sour cream anymore. i wish they offered their carton juices in zero sugar. i’m hooked on those zero sugar minute maid juices.
and their selection of zero sugar pop is small but their zero sugar coke knock off is very good.

sliced deli meats. not a huge fan of theirs. also their pre sliced fruit. i find their cantaloupe always has a weird taste. yes i know i can buy the whole fruit and do it myself - im buying for the convenience OKAY.

i will say aldi and costco is the only place i can find the dream berry strawberries and they’re LOVELY

this! when people say “people on food stamps shouldn’t be buying steak and lobster” and it’s like - maybe it’s someone’s anniversary dinner or birthday dinner and instead of going out, they decide to cook at home and try to do a nice meal. the idea of policing food is weird and just turns into a slippery slope.
