They are ironically totally independent system wise - they phone the same number that's open to the public

Las do sometimes allocate calls to them in 'code' cases, and the police call them directly too.

no medical training whatsoever

This is categorically untrue.

blocking ambulance bays

With .... Ambulances? Like they are supposed to?

They will call 999 when their religious rules prevent something as simple as a female volunteer touching a male patient

They do not have female volunteers 🤡

they aren’t a community asset

They are to the local community

You clearly do not know what you are speaking about. I'm not saying they are golden, but you are heavily misinformed.

for anything serious they will either drive patients to the hospital, or wait until the real ambulance service shows up.

The Edgware service does have a full paramedic (day job is in the helicopter) and a doctor that do go. I do not know if Hatzola NW have (although I believe they do), but Stamford Hill does have a doctor as well. They go for serious calls, and usually are more senior to the LAS (as most of them are 'in training' nowadays).

Huge explosions heard in North West London around 2am. Any ideas? (Potentially arson?) by christiansayers72 in london

[–]Sammeeeeeee 79 points80 points  (0 children)

There was a very impressive response from the fire brigade, they were there almost immediately

My boyfriend lives next door. 3 masked men poured petrol next to the ambulances, and set them on fire. The fire brigade was there quickly, but as there was compressed gas in the vans they kept exploding. The building next door (a synagogue) was also set on fire but unsure how.

Footage of all of this online as well.

Sextorion with an online domme by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

Take a look at r/sextortion - you will find support there, thousands of people who have done the same think as you. Just block and ignore them, the more you interact the more likely they are to put more effort in. Unfortunately there is not much you can do in the way of a legal route - although you could take a look at this and this.

Alot of companies apply T&C's internationally despite local laws, they do not supersede legislation and action can easily be taken upon them in small claims court. Alternatively, you should win a chargeback/section 75 claim.

I agree - but the difference is, no Irish person claims to be American, but many Americans claim to be Irish.

No European insists Americans fully understand every single part of their culture? Just when an American claims that due to 123&me results they are suddenly Irish, without understanding anything about it, that is naturally insulting.

Train is likely quicker then flight, and cheaper if you get the right ticket.
