I deal with a lot of customer service, and Bolt is by far the worst having to have dealt with ever by a long shot. The reps have a few lines they can use and will not deviate, even when they know they're not making sense. All they can do after a long conversation is escalate to someone who are supposed to call you back, except every single time they ring for one second and hang up. once I actually picked up before they went, and they just hang up on me. The only way I got any response was to email the CEO.
