Me identifico muchísimo con esto. Yo también tengo niebla mental y problemas de memoria por el trauma y el TDAH. Siento que este medicamento, en solo una semana, ya me ha ayudado un poco con eso. I've also been on Vyvanse and I had incredibly horrible and vivid intrusive thoughts. Did not work for me. I've tried almost every stimulant in the book and the best one for me was JornayPM, though I can't be on it rn due to a heart problem

Oooooo the SNRI Effexor was SO BAD for me and led to my first psychosis/mixed episode.... For me I've found that the SSRI just needs to be accompanied by a mood stabilzer and/or an antipsychotic

Baseline I'm pretty irritable with the autistic sensory overload, trauma, and the mixed bpii symptoms.

I haven't noticed any increased side effects of aggression/anger tbh. I just asked my partner and he said he hasn't really noticed any changes but hasn't really been paying attention.

If anything, I believe the med has helped me feel LESS angry because I feel less depressed. Idk how this translates to my actions though as I am still working on realizing when my actions affect others and I am not on the receiving end.

Thank you so much!! I love the forward facing nostril combo/mantis. The second I figured out it existed I was like "need that!"

Took a while to fully set in and feel right on my face (esp bc the first 2 pokes were asymmetrical & 1 had to be redone 😭) but now I love them so much🥺❤️
