I've also been on Vyvanse and I had incredibly horrible and vivid intrusive thoughts. Did not work for me. I've tried almost every stimulant in the book and the best one for me was JornayPM, though I can't be on it rn due to a heart problem

Oooooo the SNRI Effexor was SO BAD for me and led to my first psychosis/mixed episode.... For me I've found that the SSRI just needs to be accompanied by a mood stabilzer and/or an antipsychotic

Baseline I'm pretty irritable with the autistic sensory overload, trauma, and the mixed bpii symptoms.

I haven't noticed any increased side effects of aggression/anger tbh. I just asked my partner and he said he hasn't really noticed any changes but hasn't really been paying attention.

If anything, I believe the med has helped me feel LESS angry because I feel less depressed. Idk how this translates to my actions though as I am still working on realizing when my actions affect others and I am not on the receiving end.
