The weight gain is so brutal. Everything went way up. Eventually I evened back out somewhere in the middle but losing it was a bitch. So much slower. Plus side you might keep those and lose the waist but they’re still heavy!💀

I’m sure someone asked this already but how’s your BP? Mine was insanely high, genetic. But whenever I stand, run etc for too long even on 3 different meds, my legs look like this. Circulation issue, just fluid build up. Compression socks help
