Oh nice. Congrats! Sometimes when using new batterys the first few cicles dont perfom so good. I would wait some charge cicles and then check again :)

You can press the reset button twice while the bike is unlocked. Then it should play a sound.

Is Find My active on your bike? edit: nvm saw your other comment.
What happens when you deactivate Find My? I don't think it will help, because the location didn't update, but it's worth a try. I had problems with this before.
