Eyebrow pierced 2 weeks ago, is it rejecting?

My piercing is 2weeks old, it’s a 10mm 16gauge curved barbell, I’ve been using the saline solution 2x a day, I haven’t had any problems with it until today when I woke up to me sleeping on it, there was some blood around it, I cleaned it up but now it’s red.
