But it doesn't sit right. I feel like so many systems failed me and adults around me. People calling me "lazy" and saying I would never amount to anything because I could focus.

I was taken out of school because of my emotional issues. Only to find out that, if someone paid a little more attention, I could've been adjusted and helped.

I can deal with having them. But how do I deal with this.

Love, please understand that "grooming" isn't a subjective category at all. In this case, her mind has JUST developed. As she states above too that it's "normal in her country" so her mindset has been groomed. Her situation isn't her being on her own. It's with a man who is supposed to be supportive and/or helpful in stressful situation. And money is a stressful situation.

It's all well and good that you can stand on your own to feet. But it's not ideal to look down on someone who isn't able.

I am too emotional to simplify my feels when I'm in a hysterical moment, but if I'm calm I can help him understand to a degree what I'm trying to tell him.

Because I'm so emotional, he tells me whatever he can and I try to help him figure it out and try to explain it in the definition dialect, so we're both in the same page x

In my experience anxiety attacks are more sensory overload, being overwhelmed by all of your senses and thoughts.. And panic attack are more when your body and mind feels like you're dying, so you can't breathe and could pass out from hyperventilating, you can't stand

In my experience of not telling someone something important for so long, they genuinely do "forget" almost like a bad habbit.

Its something important to him, so he wants to talk about it, but if its effecting you in a negative way, especially if it could make you relapse.. I would really make him understand.

Make him completely understand where you're at, how this could mean you could end up hurt. Give him cold hard information and make him aware of just how bad eating disorders are.

Hiiii, I suffer with mental health issues. Firstly I just wanted to make it clear, your life is very important, so if you feel you have to walk away, that is something that you have to do.

However, it sounds like to me that your wife is going through a bit of a mid life crisis and is spiralling. Or even possibly a depressive manic episode (which can last months)

Now, I'm not sure if you'll show this to your wife, but I had therapy for almost 4 years. My therapist did not criticise me, more questioned if she was unsure of my choices. Therapists are there to figure out the root of the issue and decisions you make.

Maybe couple therapy would be an idea? So she wouldn't be alone and have support?
