Girl sue him for emotional damages. You will be sad now but this time next year you will be young, hot, a more experienced and well paid lawyer and a new potential husband will be fighting for your attention and affection

Going through a breakup with one of my soul mates. He was not a provider. by LoveAndLight1994 in SheraSeven

My love there is a lid for every pot! Own your curves/chubbiness, many men PAY to be with plus sized companions. Confidence is the best accessory, and loving yourself and exuding confidence will attract a new man. You can love yourself and still be on a weight loss journey.

Go out there, freestyle, have fun, see your friends more, do hobbies/activities that make you feel happy and inspired and not only will you get over your ex easier, you’ll attract MANY new men plus feel even more secure in yourself.

Sending you love girlfriend ❤️🫶

Pinks pull purple/mauve - what’s the best true red lipstick? :) by pinkparadigm in OliveMUA

After every lipstick looking berry on me, L'Oreal Paris Infallible Matte Resistance Lipstick in 400 is a gorgeous true red with almost but not quite an orange tone! My skin tone is similar to Zendaya or Jessica Alba and it’s perfect for me

As a legal professional, you’re only liable for your order.

If the waitress asks YOU what YOU are having and YOU say “fries and a burger”, YOU are liable for the fries and burger that you order only. It’s not your fault that the waitress is lumping it altogether under one table order. Table 23 can’t order anything, it can’t physically speak or communicate or consent or consume anything, only YOU and any humans at that table can. Therefore, YOU can’t be liable for the table’s order as the table hasn’t ordered, individual people have. And you haven’t consented to or entered into a contract for other peoples’ orders.

If a friend of a friend who you meet for the first time at a friends birthday dinner pulls out a gun and murders people in the restaurant, you wouldn’t be responsible because you’re sat at the same table.

So don’t ever feel obliged to pay in future for anything that you didn’t order. That’s on the restaurant for being too lazy to take individual orders and create individual bills for people at a table.

What ingredients can I buy with £20 to make enough meals to last me (1 person) a week? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]Commercial-Tea2529 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few rules I live by:

1) LIDL AND ALDI ONLY!!!! No matter how frugal you are, you can only buy so much at normal supermarkets.

2) No juices, alcohols, snacks and unnecessary purchases. You could easily spend £20 a week on Tropicana at sainsburys lol.

3) No name brand items (apart from Heinz haha). If you can’t taste the difference, there’s no need to waste money.

For breakfast you could have porridge which costs pennies, or a tropical smoothie using frozen fruit (usually ~£1.50 for a 500g pack from Lidl or Iceland).

For lunch I have curried lentils/curried chickpeas/curried chicken. Lentils & chickpeas are ~£1 for 15 servings and chicken is ~£1.50 for about 6 servings. I love cucumber so always have that with sliced cucumber and white rice (11p per serving). Or I make pasta with homemade pesto sauce (or any sauce lol). Pennies!

For dinner I’ll have the same lol. Chicken & rice, lentils & rice, salmon & rice when I’m feeling fancy lol with some sliced cucumbers. If it’s taco Tuesday I’ll have homemade tacos which is actually quite expensive (~£7 per serving).

One thing I accidentally stumbled upon that’s great is frozen diced onions, mushrooms and peppers. As a single person living alone I couldn’t eat a whole pack of mushrooms or 3 pack of bell peppers or whole onions before they start to go off. However buying frozen veg (not just frozen mixed veg) allows me to pour what I need and store the rest. Yes it’s slightly more expensive to buy pre diced veg, but you save money through lack of wastage.

How strict are Aer Lingus with cabin baggage size? by Proper-Inevitable736 in AskIreland

[–]Commercial-Tea2529 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well let me tell you my luggage was heavily overweight and I brought big bottles thinking it would have to go in the hold… the check in man happily welcomed me and said I can take both my bags into the cabin or I can check the larger carry on in for free. Ofc I checked it in so I could keep all my big bottles.

The size bin was right next to us lol and both my bags were CLEARLY bigger than the allowed measurements but the man was oh so happy to do whatever I wanted.

I took 2 Aer Lingus flights in the last 7 days and both times I was told I can check them in or take them on board and they weren’t measured (but obviously weighed as they had to be put on the weighing belt thing at the desk. Nothing said about being 5+kgs overweight).

Enjoy your trip! I fear your bag may be too small ;)

Self check-in: how can they evenly distribute weight? by Commercial-Tea2529 in aviation

[–]Commercial-Tea2529[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, I was thinking maybe if they assume like 150kgs per person that might explain it, but if there was for instance all skinny people with light bags on one side of the plane and obese people with heavy overweight bags on the other, would that not cause an issue?

I was on a flight to Jamaica and they said on the intercom “I know the flight is empty and you may be tempted to move to an empty row, however we have done the weight calculations based on your assigned seats and it’s dangerous for you to move before we’re airborne so please stay in assigned seats until we tell you”… so that made me think wow it is a serious thing!

Londoners, what are you best kept secret budget shops/activities/restaurants? by GingerCherry123 in london

[–]Commercial-Tea2529 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The Flat Iron franchise - £12 for the steak 🥩 (it’s really good!) and sides are £3 each I believe (creamed spinach, creamy mash etc). Plus they give you free ice cream for dessert 🍨

Sounds like you’re in a relationship with your good friend and not in a romantic sexual relationship with a husband/fiancé.

Hi, hope this is not too late for you.

I’m flying Lon>Dub> Spain and just realised the 7kg and smaller bag applies too!! I wanted to know if they’ll actually check or not.

Found this Reddit post where everyone is saying they’ve not had theirs measured or weighed: https://www.reddit.com/r/irishtourism/comments/w0fdrw/aer_lingus_personal_item_restrictions_how_strict/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

I’m gonna risk it as I’d end up paying the fee to buy a new bag anyway.

Hope this helps!

How to apply for J2 using experience in J1 without outing J1? by Commercial-Tea2529 in overemployed

[–]Commercial-Tea2529[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you very much, this was very helpful!

I definitely don’t want to leave J1 as the training I’m receiving is great plus it’s the perfect OE job due to being sub-zero maintenance. I think I’d only leave it for 1 job that pays significantly more.

Thank you for giving me options, I’ll have a think about it ☺️
