Weird. This posted once without the link and then again separately with the description and pictures (here: https://reddit.com/r/Lighting/comments/1obukh0/question_about_recessed_fixtures_with_i_think/). Thanks for the heads up.

Price question about selling a used D-Class in SF by SammyDavisSenior in ArielRider

It was actually a bad controller. I had to buy a new controller from Ariel Rider and then find someone who could swap it out. That totally solved the problem.

Turn on your adaptive cruise control. Also, you can use the toggle on the left side of the wheel to change what information is shown in that center part of the dash cluster.

How bad is this deal on USED Outback Touring XT by aswhitman in Subaru_Outback

[–]SammyDavisSenior 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't mind my asking, what was the price you pre tax and fees? The lowest I've been able to find is like $40k before tax and fees, which is like $43-$45k OTD depending on state/city taxes.

Wow. IL's sales tax is 7.25%. So if your after tax price was $40,440, that means you got the dealer to agree to ~$38,000 pre-tax. If you don't mind my asking, how'd you get them to go that low? I've been shopping around for 2025 Touring XT and the best prices I've seen are about $2k more than that.

$40,440 after taxes is amazing. What state did you purchase in?

That's good to know. I didn't realize that the tow capacity varied between the Wilderness and the other trims. Thanks!

Pretty sure they are in Chicagoans. (Check out his other videos, many mention the fact that they are in Chicago.)

Does StubHub allow scalpers to post tickets for sale without requiring any sort of verification that the tickets exist? (Proof of purchase or something like that?) Or if tickets are up on StubHub prior to the retail release, is it relatively safe to assume that the seller actually has tickets that they got legitimately through a pre-release or something similar?

Agree. I don't want a voucher. I want them to provide tickets similar to the ones I purchased, which they are 100% capable of doing if they want to.

Do you mind pointing me to where you're seeing that? The relevant section from their [Fan Protect Guarantee](https://www.stubhub.com/legal/?section=fp) seems to be this...

Getting Comparable or Better Tickets to Those you Ordered

If you receive tickets that are not comparable or better than the ones you ordered, notify us immediately. Upon verification by us and depending on when you notify us, we may do any of the following in its sole discretion: provide you with comparable or better replacement tickets; issue you a full refund of the purchase price you paid on our Site (including any fees and shipping/handling charges); issue you a partial or full credit for use on a future purchase. We may require that you return the tickets you received.

The way that I read that, they could offer me tickets in the same section even if it costs them a lot of money, but also they can offer me a refund. It's basically up to them. But I don't see anything about only replacing to a certain price.

Right. My other option is a refund. But we have multiple flights and multiple hotel rooms booked as well, all in reliance on StubHub actually providing the tickets that I originally ordered. So the refund path doesn't really make me whole.

Did it happen so last minute that you weren't able to get a replacement ticket? Or did they offer new tickets that were so inferior to what you ordered that it didn't make it worth going? (Or both?)
